I just downloaded this and the sound does not work :(. Waste of money

No sound for me. Id really like a refund! Way to disappoint my 2 year old...

Really disappointed with this app. The sounds doesnt work. I checked the settings but nothing helped. A waste of money. Dont DL this app unless the sounds problem is fixed. Big disappointment!!! Fix it.

My son likes the app for the bits that actually work. The app has many glitches.

My son loves this app. He knows his ABCs, but has yet to recognize them. This app is perfect for his level.

Downloaded this app for my kids it looks great and would probably be great if the sound worked on it. I clicked on the app support button and it directed me to the PBS kids home page. Wish someone would help.

Just bought this for my toddler who loves Super Why but whenever he chooses Wonder Reds segment, it crashes each and every time. Please fix!

Its very frustrating purchasing an app that does not work. The sound on this app doesnt work. I want my money back.

I bought the app. When I select the icon on my new Ipod Touch, it opens a welcome screen then crashes. I didnt even get to experience the lack of sound everyone is talking about. What a rip-off.

So why feature an app that doesnt work.. No sound... Pretty disappointing

The sound will just stop for no reason and its crashed three times in the first day we had it - on my iPhone 5 and new iPad.

I get the welcome screen then when u click on a character goes to my iPhone home screen. Very disappointing! & dont even get me started on the no sound issue! Only part that works is pigs abc song, uummm.. Refund?!?!? Ex specially since Ive downloaded twice on 2 diff iPhones with same log In.. How is this helping my child learn anything?!?!?!

My daughter loves super why and I thought this would be perfect to help her Learn her alphabet but the sound doesnt work. What a waste of a 3 dollar app

Still havent been able to open app. Contacted PBS as iTunes suggested. Hope they will fix or reimburse. Sad.

The sound does not work. The app support is a total pain. No help! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!
